How accurate and expensive is a Kh-101? Were definitely they targeting the hospital, or just “Kyiv” (which is still messed up, of course)?
Russia claims it’s less than 10 meters, but it’s 10-20 meters by most independent estimates.
And if you believe the Ukrainians, which I kind of do for this purpose, these are fairly precious.
