Saying that someone else’s eye was shopped in? It does look that way. I dunno if I’d have noticed on my own. But then again, I wouldn’t have seen this on my own.

Not shopped. Just heavily filtered. Which no one would care about particularly if she was honest about it. She lies about it while using filters that resize the body she claims to love as is.
Take peace in knowing that narcissists don’t actually love themselves at all. They are full of self-loathing.
