I saw this on my work computer the other day and I couldn’t figure out what the fuck it was. This explains it. Wtf

Yup. I was occasionally checking r/conservative to see if anyone had doubts, but I stopped bothering. They love every stupid thing the Trump administration does. EVERYTHING.
Happy to help! The industry I work in is fairly small in number but we handle a huge portion of commercial loans.
It’s just not one of those things most people know unless you are directly impacted by it. It’s not like Residential Mortgages as much as you’d think.
EDIT: Also, it is BS. You’re right.
Some of the answers you already received are partially correct, but I work in Commercial Real Estate and I’d wager it’s because when a large tenant stops operating at a location, it causes a trigger on the loan that has repercussions due the property owner. Often, they lose access to manage their own rents.
This happens even if the tenant is still paying rent. It’s because a vacant tenant, especially a large one, loses business for the surrounding business.
Example: A grocery store in a strip mall closes down for repairs. Even if they are still occupying the space, it would cause a trigger. Lots of the other spaces in the strip mall are more valuable with traffic from the grocery store shoppers.
TLDR, they don’t want a loan violation that will cost them.
In MO. Voted on it last year. The ballot was intentionally worded to be misleading.
It said each person can only cast one vote. Making it sound like it was to prevent people from voting twice even though that person as already not allowed.
So dumb.
I’m sorry that happened to you.
No, I actually liked FFXI better than FFXIV. I played XI for a couple years but I couldn’t get into XIV.
Semi-related. I found an app that let me make YouTube videos play as an alarm.
You can’t have a bad day when that He-Man/4 Non Blondes video wakes you up everyday.
Ah, I miss a time when memes were universal. I remember the first time I discovered Reddit and just scrolled r/f7u12 and laughed so hard I was in tears
I like turn based because I like not having to panic decide and button mash.
Some of the FF stories are so good. Some of them get convoluted and weird but the early games, 6-10, have some of the best stories in gaming. Stuff that will make you cry.
I think some of the games have options to switch between realtime and turn based. Especially newer games like the FF remake, but I’m not 100% certain. Haven’t played them.
I loved this game.
I would love to start playing it again. This is the kind of thing I want a remaster of. Give me more FFXI.
What did they do when you passed out?
I thought I was going to pass out on the drive home. I should not have driven home. I didn’t make proper transportation arrangements because I didn’t know what to realistically expect. I have no idea how I got home.
Remember when we voted for non-partisan districting and they scammed it away? Fucking Missouri.
My doctor told me to take a couple ibuprofens before. Did the thing. Made me lie there for a few minutes then set me loose.
I vomited in the parking lot afterwards.
Ah must be my bank. Same.
How many people start companies, rack up a bunch of debt, then create another company that buys everything except the debt?
It’s BS they didn’t know about it. They got the financials before the deal. Even if it wasn’t directly listed as a line item it would have been a part of the expenses.
They still thought the deal was worth doing as it was based on incoming revenue and outgoing expenses.
I didn’t even get an email about this. I would have been angry when my subscription auto renewed. I love Trakt but this is too much. I’ll be cancelling too
EDIT: I cancelled. Bummer. I’ve been a user for 12 years. I track things religiously and I tried to contribute to their site by creating public lists that have actual value.
It’s too short a notice, a flimsy justification, and a poor execution. The auto tracking features they added recently really messed up my watch history so now is as good of time as any to quit.
I wish I had received a realistic expectation when I went. Aside from vomiting in the parking lot after, I should have found someone to drive me. I had a very very hard time getting home and I shouldn’t have driven at all. I’m lucky I didn’t cause an accident.
