I share sympathies. Panda.
I suppose we all walk through life alone with these feelings. I take solace that in crossing paths, we can see that our journeys are similar.
Thank you for reading my blog, I appreciate it and I appreciate this thread!
Thank you kind panda!
Sorry to hear about your shared turmoil - did you get anywhere with it personally?
I do my darnedest to enjoy my days on this hellscape, and drinking tea sure does make that easier!

Here I suppose I mean simply do you know anything about such subjects.

That looks way more exciting, Nemo. I’m now significantly less troubled!
Ir’s a fun little language, m0re. Something to play with and has some interop with C too.
How’s Kafka? I haven’t read any Kafka books yet but they’ve been on my list for a while.
Chamomile, the drink of the evening!

Fantastic! I wish you luck with your journey Boiglenoight! I’m sure the Earl Gray will aid.
How wonderful, Boiglenoight! I always found ArcGIS confusing personally - I’m glad you’re finding Gemini is able to alleviate the stresses.
When you state “I’m learning more about how the languages works… than I ever did through videos or books” - is this in regards to libraries, or how things are moving under the bonnet?
Earl Grey always packs a punch, essential for an early start indeed!
Fair point Nemo - I suppose I wanted it to be revealed at the end, but I know that I would not like “Young Adult” to part of the speculation for I am, obviously, a crusty old vampire.
I appreciate your feedback and will have a ponder.
Sergio, my new found compadre, thank you for your wisdom!
I have created a new community !tea_and_study@lemmy.world, but also will check out the spaces you recommend. I have posted on newcommunities as suggested.
Another fine response, o’ knowledgeable Auster! I will see if I can find a community for my niche.
No wordpress, courteous bjoern_tantau!
!!!
Fantastic answer and much appreciated - I shall investigate these spaces.
Many thanks, kind Cowbee
Pleasure to meet you Cowbee. I was unaware that a chimeric blend of pollinater and bovine existed - we live in a truly wonderful world.
Personally I am interesting in Computer Science, Philosophy, Languages, Literature, and Fashion - and of course, as the mighty Auster mentioned below I can find these communities individually.
I was hoping for more of a space for group study, perhaps on Lemmy, Mastodon, or Matrix. Qualities such as:\- Reading groups,\
- Study groups,\
- Sharing of literature / papers,\
- Chat rooms to study in (matrix, I suppose)\
- Language exchange
The equivalent of these spaces on reddit, twitter, discord. If one has not yet fruitioned, perhaps we can fashion one into existence.
Wonderful passing you, Cowbee
I like your thinking optissima, thank you greatly!
Thinking of creating a space for pair / group study on Mastodon / Lemmy / Matrix - equivalent to the spaces on Twiiter / Reddit / Discord that I’m just not gelling with as much anymore.
I will let you know if I create anything.
Fantastic idea Auster, thank you! I shall peruse the spaces that align with my purpose
