Wenig überraschend, wie oft haben wir “News” in der Richtung schon gesehen in den letzten 15 Jahren? Ich kann mich noch an eine schöne Visualisierung zu “anonymisierten Standortdaten” bei Data Brokern erinnern aus der new York Times vor einigen Jahren, da wollte ich mein Smartphone schon das erste Mal verbrennen.

I’d argue that the certificate authority does not have the ability to decrypt your communication because of the nature of private and public key mechanism during the whole TLS certificate procedure. You do not send your web servers private key to cloudflare when requesting a certificate.

That would actually be pretty wild…
