Pillows are reset so they’re fresh and comfy to start the night. Maybe later in the day I’ll pull the covers up but doesn’t later since it’s all neat anyway.
None of that is performative, it’s about freshness and comfort.

That’s mostly accurate, though my GP always has appointments within 48h or on the day for urgent ones. Plus there’s the out of hours doc where you will talk to someone and probably see someone that day/night.
