That’s the reason for me too to use it, and it works like a dream on my laptop. But maybe I have to give a try for some of the Firefox derivative as someone suggested there 🤔

I love Supernotes. But I switched from Microsoft To do to it, never have used onenote, so not sure if this is what you search.
