Hehehe <3 Treadmill starting at 3% grade. Every 2 minutes add 2% untill you reach 15%. Stay there for 2 minutes around the 15 minute mark. Then every 2 minutes reduce grade by 2% till you are back down. 30 minute workout total then do 4 sets of 20 on an ab pulley machine.
