This was corrupt AF for Judge Cervera to state this especially since they were not even party to that claim. This judge was only present for requesting the moronic agents to review policy with the Chief Judge. Other factors abused by DOJ was to blame but that shameful Judge Cervera just wrecked our state courts across the nation handing them over to the authoritarian federal police.

She seemed upset that she wasn’t validated. I am a person that leans that the paper deserved a grade but not a passing one, it was terrible. You can read the comment from the TPUSA Faculty Advisor even they admit that much.

I find this so bizarre of a claim because MAGA rode a wave nearly a decade ago of fighting campus “Safe Spaces” and “Facts don’t care about your Feelings” yet this student is claiming that other groups and religions would have been given “validation” & “Compassion”.

Doubt the RW in my state of Oklahoma cares about any of that and just want to assault Public Education from k-12 & higher ed. Her claim is that she didn’t get an experience that Far-Right Christians & Republicans have purged from that very campus.

Between a late start, a crazy work schedule, and some old bad habits, I really got off track for a bit. But I’m proud to say I pushed through and finished. I’m so relieved to finally stop just thinking about doing this and actually participating this year. My sincere appreciation to my wife & family and this community. Not arguing against that and that is probably true. Change in leadership would be a really great thing for a lot of reasons.

Just consider this rule change on its merit in regards to anyone as a Senate Leader. Doesn’t seem like a fix and more of any issue. I enjoy rules that have a ‘Buck Stops Here’ factor but it wouldn’t help a progressive or any kind of Senate Minority/Majority Leader. It just ties leadership closer to the concerns to minority of defectors.

Maybe just hear me out, replace the Caucus Whips first at least. Seems like the article’s Rule Amendment would just embolden the defectors more. They know that they can defect and it will force a leadership change until someone is elected that agrees with them. The leadership is more at the mercy of them than they would be with the majority of Senators.
