Special message of remembrance for Mei’s best friend from about 10 years ago in the MLP community. Went by Midnight. Very sweet trans girl who struggled with obesity and all the issues that came with that. She and Mei were close enough to be lovers but were never together officially. They loved and supported each other a lot and knew each others partners and friends very well. We disappeared off the internet to escape a stalker at the time. When we came back and try to contact Midnight again, we heard nothing of her or her well being. Her parents and the people in her life refused to help her with her health problems OR transition due to her identity. Going by what we know, and her situation, it’s a decent chance that she’s no longer with us. Mei thinks about her a lot. If you’re still alive and readying this Middy, we love you w lot and hope to see you again someday. If not. We’ll keep fighting for you. And I’ll never forget everything you did for my sister. Never forgotten.
