I do like flavored and I did once have some (regular) Don Francisco I liked. I will look at the store.

Edit: I tried this today (lower temp/shorter time), and it did change the flavor quite a bit. In my case, I didn’t prefer one method over the other, but it was surprising to taste the difference.

Ok this is super helpful, I will look for this type of process, as I had previously bought water processed coffee that was just ok. Much appreciated. I like various coffees, willing to try something new.

Not necessarily worried about the cost (within reason), but need something that can be purchased easily online.
