Usually it’s the maintenance person(me) doing the adjusting, but Google the module number on the side of the flush/faucet and it will tell you how to change stuff
Usually those are just a light sensor or a motion sensor set to a specific distance. Glitchyness is caused by it not seeing the right amount of light or distance set wrong or batteries being out of juice. Depending on the model you can change the program settings.

Agreed, they are distinct tools and you should have one of each at least, I’m just trying to make sure folks get the proper tool, not just the tooling.
