2·2 months agoI am so sorry to hear that. Sounds very similar to my story, I suffered in perimenopause for the better part of 8 years before realizing what was happening to me.

2·2 months agoA lot of people think ADHD is just not being able to sit still or being unable to focus in class due to a low attention span. It presents itself in so many different way and chronic fatigue is one of them because the brain has to cope with the dopamine overdrive. I’m sorry to hear, when were you diagnosed if you don’t mind sharing?

1·2 months agoyou must be one of the lucky ones! For most women and men in andropause it’s a gradual slow drain then one day you wake up, and why am I so exhausted? Next thing you know it’s been quite a long time since you had a ton of energy 🥺

2·2 months agoI actually mean the opposite😆 I’d rather sleep at 10pm and wake up at 5am like a normal person, I try to be productive when I wake up early, do laundry, clean, etc. It’s the fact that due to peri I can’t workout yet until I’m on HRT, it’s like I’m drained and sleeping 8 hours. When I’m in shape and training consistently I only need 6 hours. Any suggestions?

The fediverse is new and still a learning curve over for a lot of people, but it’s not just about traction, it’s about people sharing their cooking skills and posting amazing snapshots! Not sure what maga.place is but if it’s what the name implies, Carnivore Kitchen is non-political and everyone is welcome!

56·2 months agoI actually have a vegan in-law and whenever they come over, I make a vegan dish just for them. I personally think we can eat different foods and still pray together. Manchild? No, I think that’s quite mature and accepting.

This early in the morning! I can’t! You put your entire foot into those. You’re wife must be spoiled rotten…Recipes?

Nutrition has so much to do with how our body develops, as kids, we don’t know! We’re just eating what our parents give us. We’re just at the table, glad it tastes good. It’s not until we leave home and learn that we realize while our parents and grand parents loved us, they didn’t always prepare the healthiest food. Holidays are an exception, but for most of the year, it’s best to stay away from our parents cooking unless they’ve switched to a healthier lifestyle!
