D4 also had a DLC recently. Yes the D2 update was just now so its spike is newer but it’s not meaningless that D2 has surpassed D4.

7·3 months agoYeah I agree. I love GN for what they do but I never watch their videos because I find the formats quite bad. Too long, boring, and designed so you can’t just skip to the end like HUB for example.
I mean, you shouldn’t be able to impeach someone for consensual non-problematic homosexual relations. The pedo stuff however….

Today I Learned@lemmy.world•Today I learned that the CIA and Buckingham Palace carried out a coup against the Australian government in 1975English
34·3 months agoNah the leading scholars on the crisis consider this a conspiracy theory. In reality our governer general (basically an unelected president whose job is to mostly just do what the elected PM wants) decided that the progressive government’s impending potential of not funding the government due to political deadlock under a PM who would do anything to run out his term in government regardless was untenable, and so basically put the opposition in charge so they could immediately call an election to settle this. I don’t think he made the right decision, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some Americans and Brits the GG invariably spoke to as part of his job thought he should do that or something like it, but I think it was wholly his decision in line with his known political modus operandi.
The idea that there was some underhanded plot from the US though is a conspiracy that has rapidly grown recently due to various unscrupulous political commentators.

1·5 months agoAs an Australian I’m thankful that while our Liberal (conservative) party is shit and evil, they’re just barely not quite as unhinged as the UK and certainly USA overall. In part because we have reasonably strong democratic processes like the independent Australian Electoral Commission responsible for electorate zoning, running elections etc.

Xbox is just going to be a brand/publisher I reckon.
There’ll be ‘Xbox verified’ console PCs or somesuch that aren’t necessarily made by Microsoft, and there’ll be the Xbox app for games and streaming, and Xbox published games.
And then another 5-10 years later they’ll phase that out and just be ‘Microsoft Gaming’ or somesuch branded, and the last traces of Xbox will be gone.
