Don’t recognize it as such, but searching some of those terms turned up something similar sounding, “Being Erica”. Doesn’t hit all your boxes, but maybe it’s just skipping some points.

If I had to guess, many people subbed to both communities, so it looks like a duplicate post. Not sure if proper cross posting would help on that count.
