For me, it’s 100% about positive self talk and mini goals. Instead of trying to motivate myself to run 5 miles, it’s one 100ft section at a time. Fix a goal I can see, then run there and give myself a mental high five for getting there. Then do it again one more time. And then one more time and on and on til I get to the end.
Favorites are like a nod but not visible beyond the conversation. Boosts make the post available to every one in your timeline. So if you think it’s fun, funny or worth other peoples time you should boost. I usually reserve favoriting for comments on posts I’ve already boosted.

Collecting on a debt is not a HIPAA violation. When I worked for a 3rd party debt buyer we went through the same HIPAA training that I go through working in the medical industry now. HIPAA does not prevent collection of a valid debt and the passing of whatever information is necessary to do so.
ETA getting it thrown out in court is FAR different than calling it a HIPAA violation.
For me, cooking at home is less about finding the time and more about decision fatigue. I still fail at this a lot, but on the days I’m successful it’s because I planned ahead of time what I’d be cooking for dinner. That way when dinner comes around it doesn’t require thought, just a bit of chopping.
