That one Israeli on the Threadiverse. No, sending me death threats won’t change my mind, try arguments instead
Hello! That’s my main mbin account, my alt is @Fitik, I also have a furry/personal account at @fitik
I’m just a regular person from Israel🇮🇱, a queer, and a #Fediverse enthusiast! I’m a liberal
I don’t post much stuff, but when I do I usually post about #tech because I’ve mostly given up on trying to argue politics on there

By the way, if you’re using software that supports following users(Like MBin), you can follow them @ecosia@mastodon.social. Their last post seems to be from a month ago, so I hope it’s not abounded
It doesn’t seem like I’m getting a DM to my account (I’m on a MBin instance)
Probably Thunderbird, I only discovered it this year. I have like 5 email addresses, and it’s so much more convenient to have all of them in one place, instead of needing to check each one one by one

There’s a difference between these two tho, I like the first one specifically because it has “no politics” rule, and I see the second one having politics, so…?

Jacobin not wanting EU to have increased military spending, checks out. Surely it has nothing to do with an increasing threat Europe is facing on the east
I enjoy it as well, I also love how reliable it is, it’s been around longer than software it’s currently running(Mbin). The same admin also runs infosec.exchange, a pretty well known Mastodon instance

This map makes me wonder if Icelandic/Norwegian are in any danger considering how much of their population speak English(Which has much more content and speakers)

If you’re using software that supports following users (like Mbin), you can follow this blog directly @activitypub.blog@activitypub.blog
Thanks for creating it! Are you aware of the newly created !fdroid@programming.dev ? Maybe these two could consolidate? And lemdroid seems as the more appropriate instance

I think there’s a big difference between being taken hostage and being taken into custody before getting deported, but must be just me…
Thank you for making it! Clickable mention - !Bluesky@lemmy.zip

They have a Wikipedia article, so you can read more about them there. It’s blogging software

FYI: Thanks to the federation, you can also follow their channel directly from there at !ct_3003@peertube.heise.de
sh.itjust.works could be a good choice for an unserious community, they have a bunch of meme ones already
I personally wouldn’t want it to be on .ml if it’s possible, pretty much any instance outside of this one. My instance is defederated from .ml so I won’t be able to interact with the community at all in this case. This is not mentioning controversial opinions of the admin and a bunch of users boycotting this instance
Also not sure Blahaj is the better instance for a toy community
Technically blahaj is a toy
If you’re considering non-Lemmy instances, then I can recommend kbin.earth, it’s a MBin instance that has a similar approach to the defederation
Huh, didn’t know that, thanks for info, another reason to stay on it
