I enjoyed the book so much and I knew that the author had feelings about this. It wasn’t pro war. It was a response to the dropping of the Atomic bomb. It’s satire but an idiot can’t pick up on it. I loved Zim’s character in the book.

Thanks for that information. I haven’t used a Mac since middle school i think. It was those cool ones with the see through color plastic. Maybe 2004. I’m sure they’ve come a long way, but still won’t use an Applr product because they are over priced.

Had an argument about that with my daughter over buying her an IPhone. Also because my wife and I use Android and parental control features get wonky when you hop between phone OS.

One of the issues in Israel is madatory conscription. They use this time to instill these horrible ideas in their heads about how Palestinians aren’t people. This has gone on for generations and now you have youth where everyone they’ve ever known believes this crap. It’s hard to pull yourself out of the echo chamber or even realize you’re in one. Businesses will pay for studies that help businesses or had a profit incentive. When you hear the govt spent a large sum of money studying how ocelots react to opium or somelike that, people usually say that’s a waste of money, rather than finding out why.

I worked fpr Walmart 10 years ago, well after this image was taken, but, with the spider wrap we only really put it on items that were above a certain price point.

Security is ridiculous now though. I was at Walmart, don’t care, in the clearance section and got some Better Home and Garden, Walmart only brand, cups. They were originally about $3, got them for $1. They had this security sticker on the inside. All i could think is your a multi-billion dollar company, if someone is straling a $3 cup just let them have it. They clearly need it more than you need $3.

My issue is representation. If they are not allowed to bote, there is no incentive for prison conditions to improve. People are getting sick and dying in prisons from preventable issues. The minimum to become a convicted felon is not that much. Most those in prison are from poverty. It’s a way to keep poor people oppressed.

The scene in Dreamcatcher comes to mind.

What were they going to accomplish? Prove their not gay by sharing a picture of a biff moatly nude guy. “Look everyone, im not getting an erection while staring at his rippling pecs. See not gay.” Proceeds to wipe sweat from forehead.

I hope all these stations that allow this obvious violation of the freedom of speech anf voter suppression laws get their day in court. Get fined out the ass, and their licenses revoked for submitting to a dictator.
