Android debugging gone wrong

I connected my Android device version 11 to my PC after enabling USB debugging and it showed connected and my files from my phone was showing on my PC after which I revoked the USB debugging and it stopped showing as usual. The problem I’m currently having is how to revert back to the previous I was on

Isn’t it like an option as persistent notification on how to behave when connected to a computer? Select the file option there. If I am wrong then elaborate the question
