I have been hearing about this since I was a kid (a fkn while ago now f) and nothing else has come from it yet. Why does this just seem to surface in the news every few years but isnt being implemented on large scales? Where’s my “Elementary” style bulletproof hoodie that stops bullets but not my sternum from being smashed into my chest cavity?
