      The US has had standing orders to attack the Netherlands to exfiltrate any US citizen that stands before the International Criminal Court since 2002 (the Hague invasion act). Obama did not overturn it, Biden did not overturn it.

      You are still correct, of course. Obama is a war criminal, every Democrat and Republican is culpable for war crimes, and the entire US state-industrial complex is built on committing war crimes. It has been since before the US seceded.
