I’ve been meaning to try making this for awhile. I already make pizza from time to time and the focaccia recipes I’ve seen look very similar to the one I’ve been using for my pizza crust

Just want to ask, Mediterranean or not? Because, if not, here’s a trick for tomatoes. If you grow your own, they actually taste like proper Mediterranean tomatoes instead of sour red orbs.
