Yay more of our tax dollars going to an already way overfunded agency. ODOT is currently broke yet they’re giving PPB $200k to pay for officer salaries despite the grant being earmarked for purchasing equipment.

This is why Democrats keep losing elections. They act like Republicans when it actually matters, but want to pretend like they work for the people when election season rolls around with empty gestures and virtue signaling. They’re literally funneling our extremely limited tax dollars to the Proud Boys and other right-wing extremist groups using the police department as a proxy.
