I puked this morning before work because I knew the mandatory overtime shift would be awful. It’s awful. Feel free to ignore this info dump nobody asked, nobody cares I’m just yelling at a wall.
They built a machine that grinds plastic pellets into microplastic shards using liquid nitrogen for medical grade products to have a more even melt/drug dosage for stuff like like birth control patches.
Except they tried a very soft plastic experiment before todays ultra clean room clean up job and it’s like a micrometer thick white paint all over everything it contacted and im supposed to be cleaning it off with soft bristle paint brushes in a hazmat suit dry with no cleaning chemicals, except it’s more like glue mixed with corn starch stuck in the cross hatched stainless steel everything.
Every pipe and vessel is white with plastic dust that I can’t even get fully off with scotch pads which I’m not supposed to be using. Impossible task that I must do somehow for 12 hours, so I’m taking a lot of breaks and maybe done like 20% of what’s planned. Neat.
Life is hell and then you die. Corporate darth vader’d the deal so much my job isn’t even what I used to do here anymore a decade ago and overtime used to be voluntary. I never wanted anything to do with medical grade anything, it’s mental torture.
