Worst part is, from on-stage it really feels like this is what everyone believes. Because it always works, no matter how loud the crowd was the first time around…

I remember the time we all found out the spongebob intro pirate went fully deaf, he kept yelling “I can’t hear you!” and went just kept yelling “sponge bob – square pants!” until he started crying and ran off stage.

Easy, always quiet the first time. Quiet the second time, too.
