Even so, German prosecutors have clearly decided to treat the #Ulm5 with unusual severity, charging them with membership in a criminal organization, #PalestineActionGermany, in addition to trespassing and criminal damage. An additional charge concerns the use of “symbols of an unconstitutional or terrorist organisation”—referring to #Hamas—based on the defendants’ use of slogans including “From the river to the sea, #Palestine will be free.”

It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for Germany to recognize the crimes of “Israel”.
Germany coming in hot on the wrong side of history, as usual
i’m not so sure since the entire global north is behind isreal and – if they can manage to kill or displace enough palestinians before westerners come to their senses – then everyone will ignore/forgive the genocide/ethnic-cleansing in the same way that we ignore/forgive episodes of it in the past like the native americans in the united states; or the first nations in canada; or the aboriginals in australia; or the moari in new zealand; etc.
in other words: history proves that we have a selective memory and i suspect that the-global-north is going to succeed at pushing palestinian sovereignty into an historical footnote in the same way that it made the cherokee nation an historical footnote and only the tankies and intellectuals will give af that it happened.

i think it matters that we use anglosphere or global north because there plenty of people in the anaglosphere that aren’t anglos.
Entire global North is the enemy out in the open :(
