Max course grind, 284g of cheap dark roast beans, soak for 18+ hours. A little cream and simple syrup. Delicious. Makes enough concentrate to last about 3 days between my wife and I.


How do you like those beans? Any other bean recommendations for cold brew specifically?
No complaints. I mainly get them cause it’s a cheap dark roast. To me I like the darkest roast possible for all of my coffee, I really like the deep nutty flavor I get. But to be honest I’ve never tried a lighter roast in my cold brew. I’d say whatever beans you like normally would be a good starting point for cold brew.
