It’s all I drink. It’s a good exercise in staying prepared, cause if I run out it takes over 18 hours until my next batch is ready.
Max course grind, 284g of cheap dark roast beans, soak for 18+ hours. A little cream and simple syrup. Delicious. Makes enough concentrate to last about 3 days between my wife and I.
That sounds about the same ratios I use, makes a solid concentrate.

And yeah the drain hole on the cold brew maker helps tons. I used to use a “coffee sock” and had to hold the bag up by hand for a while or hang it from the cupboard. Not ideal!
The liter of concentrate lasts us about a week to ten days. It definitely tastes better/fresher the first day or two, but not enough to bother making smaller batches.
