An Amarillo father is speaking anonymously after learning former APD Officer Christian Eder systematically tracked his vehicle 76 times through the city's FLOCK surveillance cameras and ran his background twice through TLOxp under false pretenses.

    The victim says the tracking began after Eder developed a personal interest in a female APD officer whom the victim had previously dated.

    The rest of the article, dude’s just a straight up stalker with all the usual scary and creepy stalker behaviour.

    Why are people like this? I have a friend who’s housemate is currently being stalked by a woman twice his age and he barely knows her, but she’s managed to break into their house after stealing and copying keys.
