The country music industry is awash with white supremacy. It is coded into the songs broadly. Good on Musgraves.
It’s basically a propaganda industry at this point. You can see it from the fact that The Chicks can sell out major venues because they’re still popular, but you won’t hear them on most country radio stations, because they’re still black listed. The genre self selects for rural white people, so right wing nationalists take it as a major target of control.
