I believe there was an airlift at least once in history, so the steaks have been sky high.
Considering the effects of 0G on astronauts’ GI systems, we’re centuries away from sending said steaks anywhere near orbit or beyond.
My understanding is that the only real issue with 0g ingestion/digestion is that gas doesn’t separate from the stomach liquids clearly due to the lack of gravity. What are you referring to?
