Jilanico, the shirt is a little too “Bill Lumbergh from Office Space” for my tastes. Also, you are missing a belt :)

The contrast collar is a bold look that isn’t too popular these days and only works in certain contexts. If you want that look, I would go with a wider more traditional tie shape, and a bigger more symmetric knot. I also wouldn’t recommend matching tie color to pant color. I think it would work better with charcoal pants.

Love the texture on the tie and I’m impressed by how well it matches the pants
