It’s kind of insane they were time restricted before. Having a disabilities doesn’t mean you can always choose when you have to travel.

Busses are busy in peak hours because people need to travel to work at those hours. Disabled people get free bus passes to expand their travel options given they’re much more limited. But god forbid a disabled person actually has a job and needs to travel at peak times, clearly the government wouldn’t want to encourage that…
Amazing! My partner gets a free bus pass because he has epilepsy, but can’t use it to get to work so what’s the point? This is great news.
The point is to pretend to do something while not doing anything
There are big issues facing the country but sometimes it’s the little things that matter
