The brother of American Olympic legend Alysa Liu is a transgender athlete dominating California high school girls’ athletic events, reports say.

Jaylin Liu was formerly named Joshua before transitioning and identifying as female, according to Reduxx.

He now competes in track and field, girls’ varsity basketball and ultimate frisbee for both Albany High School and El Cerrito High School in California.

He’s reportedly made his biggest impact in track and field, taking home every first-place finish in 200-meter and 400-meter girls’ races that Albany High School has entered this year.

Jaylin recently took home the top spot at the Tri-County Athletic League Finals in May.

He also took eight separate first-place finishes at seasonal meets in 2025 and secured a gold medal in the 2025 Tri-County Athletic League Frosh-Soph Championship 200-meter race.

He has been praised for his “extremely dominant performance on the field,” according to Reduxx.

Any time the topic of “dominating highschool girls” comes up conservatives start getting all riled up. Transgender girls doing it is even worse, because they’re girly instead manly but somehow they’re still getting to dominate highschool girls and watch them change and shower and living out other people’s dreams and it’s not fair and they hates them for stealing their preciousss.

Honestly, a lot of people care… Tons of sports nuts pay attention to certain schools for football and AAU basketball because usually the most elite high school athletes do transition into professional sports.

it’s also an indicator of what we can expect to be happening at some point in college athletics and women’s professional sports if we do not fight against it.

Brah this isn’t even an issue, MAGA is going to get rid of title IX and women’s college sports are going to go away! We no longer will have to fear a single transgender athlete doing well in a mid division California high school. I don’t know about you but I’ll definitely sleep easier knowing the dozen or so trans athletes won’t be able to compete anymore.

I can’t believe you let the NY Post convince you this is a problem!
