We know why the error you’re seeing is happening, as that’s a caused by reaching a limit, we just don’t know yet why the limit is being filled up by other stuff yet.
It happened to me once in the last week about a week ago. I just posted and it was uploading fine. Occasionally, it acts up and I might have to use the screenshot trick but not for a week has it done this behavior again.
