While I’m spoiled by autofilling verification tokens as a user, I’m really just wanting websites to make the move to Webauthn. It’s way more fluid and doesn’t involve waiting on servers to deliver SMS/email.
In fact, I’m really tired of websites in 2023 just now adding verification tokens (non-Webauthn). I understand it’s more secure but I’d push for jumping straight to the new standard.
Haven’t heard of this before, makes so much sense.
God yes! Can’t wait for more sites to adopt Webauthn. I even had a Webauthn sticker on my laptop a while ago :D
I’d be so down to rock the Webauthn sticker!
