      Like the USA?..

      A constitution and separation of church and state are meaningless without people upholding them. Pieces of paper only have power if people are willing to do as they say.

      The voting system is the only one that really matters, because that determines which people have power. Which ultimately determines everything else.

      But we’ve got the Magna Carta, and therefore have no need for a constitution! Surely there are no rights needed in a modern country that weren’t covered in an 800-year old document… /s
