You may say that they shouldn’t warn and just strike but Iran does not have the diplomatic cover that USrael does to do that. Europe would instantly declare war if Iran did anything remotely resembling an “unprovoked” attack. USrael can attack outta nowhere and Eurocucks won’t do anything, but Iran can’t do that.
