    The problem isn’t that most Canadians don’t support buying locally, but the multitude of other reasons it’s difficult such as deceptive labeling, lack of availability of home-grown options, deceptive retailers, and the expense where home-grown is often dramatically more expensive than a cheap Chinese/US has import.

    In a Canada where your dollar has very limited buying power for the foreseeable future, the government needs to help heavily incentivise Canadian production and the distribution/cost offset of it.
