As far as I understand they’ve done a significant amount of work related to HLS. It’s not nearly as public facing as starship but they have crossed a lot of milestones that are part of their Nasa contract. Including a lot of work on orbital refueling, the HLS landing engines, and the crew version of starship.

Of course, this shit is still multiple years away so the meme holds true.
