I wonder who will be responsible for the inevitable erroneous payments. Visa, openai, or the customer. Both in the case of errors by ai for requested purchases that were messed up, and also the inevitable fraud, from tricking the ai to make paymenrs that were not requested?

Lol, we all know who will be responsible.

Lol, it deosnt deem anything. It estimated the likelihood of its action being desirable. Similar but different.

My ine hope for llms is that it ends things like amazon having a monopoly. If tge llm can use an agent to find pricing including shipping at muktiple sites without user intervention, then it could end consumer manipulation on commodities and purchases.

No more sales tactics based on manipulation, just based on cost conparison with no sticky sotes like amazon trying to get in the way.

However, i dint doubt that if that starts to haopen, companies will do what they can to insert themselves in tge decision making process.

Currently, i do my online weekly grocery shop at one store as its easier. I have stuff on amazon subscription, too. Ai will find it just as easy to shop at 4 stkres and get a better deal including shipping and delivery.
