    They really should have used quantitative evidence (instead of immediately taking the side of the driver and questioning the city). For example: “this man’s truck is 6.5 ft. wide and he’s having difficulty keeping it within the new 11 ft. lane” (or whatever the dimensions are). They should have also looked up how many cyclists had been previously injured or killed before the upgrades. But of course: local news just sides with the loudest idiot and doesn’t lookup facts that relate.

    If you go slow you’ll be fine. I also notice that if you buy stupidly large vehicles, you might to be able to drive through normal sized areas.

    It sounds like the road upgrades are doing their job just fine. Slow down and pay more attention, that’s the whole point.
