It’s an everlasting lie that somehow warmongers cling to. You cannot bomb a people into submission, it will only strengthen their resolve.
But in every war there somehow needs to be destruction of civilian infrastructure in order to ‘break their morale’.
It’s atrocious, it’s only killing people and making the surviving people more miserable and fiercely entrenched against your operation.

It doesn’t break the resolve. Strategic bombing of civilian targets kills people, but doubles the morale. I wouldn’t be surprised if more Iranians support their regime than before the bombing.

It’s impossible to kill all the people with strategic bombing. Look at London during the blitz or Germany in the latter stages of the war.
You cannot bomb people into doing what you want, unless you go for the nuclear option.
