This is the award I received for 5 years of maintenance from Take Off Pounds Sensibly, a old and relatively unknown non-profit, non-commercial support group for weight loss with local chapters (IRL meetings) in the USA and Canada (and, recently, there are some online chapters with no borders).
Each year is recognized with a gold number pin and 5-year increments are recognized with a jeweled pin like this. I’m now 8 years maintaining, working on that 10-year pin.
I’ve been attending since 2014.
Great job maintaining! I’ve managed to creep back up right at the 5 year mark after 3-4 years of decent maintenance. But if I can put it on, I can lose it.
I caught myself slipping I’ve the middle of the pandemic and had to reverse it.

I’m lucky my brother and a couple of friends are on a similar journey and go to the same gym at the moment. On the grind as soon as I get back from Thailand (Thai food is too good to calorie count.)
I love our local “Bancock Kitchen” – I don’t know how authentic it is but I love it.
