I don’t think they knew each other before Traitors. They don’t really have much in common so I doubt their social circles would have intersected before the show.

I believe the FTC report plus Joanna’s PFAS claim documentation could be sent to the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. When I googled the Lululemon investigation it looks like AG Ken Paxton is on a war path to prosecute brands that make false PFAS claims. Joanna may be Canadian, but that doesn’t give her an out. She is the CEO of a nine figure brand that is sold in Texas. Perhaps other states will follow Ken Paxton’s example.
