    I agree with this. Copyright is inherently destructive, and in an ideal society, entirely unnecessary. Humans are driven to create even in absence of a profit incentive.

      Existence of copyright hasn’t even stopped that.

      It is but a blugeon to control and limit the common people. And puts a slow on development and dissemination of culture.

      Yup.

      Not okay with data centres using huge amounts of resources or corporations owning the models.

      IP laws benefit large corporations, they rarely ever result in a win for the little guy who cannot afford to fight the big companies. It’s lead to human creativity being gatekept behind capital.
