You might want to try https://hiring.cafe/ as a possible alternative. I wouldn’t give it a complete endorsement though since I’ve had frequent issues getting the site to consistently load in Firefox (just checked now and it’s “failing to verify my browser”) and I get the impression they will sellout at the first opportunity even though their stated goal is to unseat Indeed & LinkedIn.
But I refuse to make an Indeed account (or LinkedIn) so it’s the lesser of two evils atm.

Hiring Cafe’s stated goal is to make AI-assisted job searching, so…yeah, no thanks.
There’s always Craigslist, depending on the kind of work you’re looking for.
Feel free to draw your own boundaries, but to me it seems like an appropriate use of AI tech to sift through lots of disparate job posts and organize the info. The energy etc. concerns about AI is still present but this is being used to help someone earn money to survive instead of generating slop images or walls of throwaway text.
