This graph is a bit skewed as there are many more servers in the U.S that handle both international and national users/customers, than in many other countries combined. (Not all combined countries in this hypothetical are shown.) So while the number of data breaches are vastly larger in number, it would be intriguing to see the comparison of amount of data breaches per thousand servers by country.
