When a meteor crashes into Tokyo Bay, a toxic cloud covers the city and an alien virus causes the dead to walk and feast on the living. To make matters worse, punk gangs start terrorizing the streets, and the Japanese military suspiciously won’t control the situation. Now it’s up to Keiko, an one-woman army, to bring back order and save her home from the flesh-eating ghouls and gangs.
