If we see other cars using new components by the next race we could be in for quite the spicy end to the season with grid penalties.
Is it 2 ES/CE total or 2 “new” ES/CE (the wording of the doc) for a total of 3?
2 total. They could swap back to the first one anytime though, since they haven’t introduced a third yet. So it could be just checking it out? Doesn’t mean he burned through a whole ES in a quali session
